Alex and his partner Specialty Engineers played a crucial role in the Value Engineering of the iconic and internationally acclaimed 62-story exoskeleton high-rise luxury condominium, designed by the renowned Zaha Hadid managing the design, production, and installation of over 5,000 GFRC panels, which were produced in the United Arab Emirates and shipped to Miami as Remain-in-Place Formwork for the Mega Columns of the Exoskeleton, Balcony slab edges and other cladding on the structure. This strategic approach resulted in significant cost savings for the owner, amounting to millions of dollars saved in product, installation and project duration.
